They were prompt in coming out. They spent two days trying to diagnose my furnace issue. They pulled the furnace, ran it on a test bench; it worked. Then they replaced the propane regulator and the propane lines to the furnace. Still couldn’t get it to work. I spent 5 minutes on the Facebook page pertaining to the make and model Rv. Several people commented on my exact issue. I called the RV manufacturer the next day. Everyone on Facebook and the warranty people claimed it was a faulty thermostat. Sure enough, when I replace the thermostat…it worked. Took me all of 15 minutes to fix what I was charged $394 to not fix. Still waiting for a detailed invoice to submit to the warranty section at the manufacturer in hopes of recovering some of the expense.

Told me they could fix my dc dc charger for my van when they clearly don’t know or have ever worked with one. Paid them almost 200 dollars for them to think they fixed it and left and when I find out it’s still not connected properly tell me they don’t know why and basically can’t help me and now won’t answer the phone so I still have to take it and pay a shop that knows what they are doing to get it properly connected. Take your money to a professional so you don’t have to pay someone twice like I do.

Jason and Gabe are now my go to for all things RV. First they came out because I had no heat and it was in the 40s overnight. One trip to assess the problem, 2 days to order parts and a couple of hours to fix it. As winter comes closer heat is a must. Two days later, I came home up water flowing out my front door. I immediately turned off the city water and called Jason. He came out immediately, saw the problem (poor hose work done by the previous owner) pulled a length of hose out and fixed in less than 10 minutes. They have earned my gratitude for being fair, transparent and a pleasure to have around. Highly recommend.

Paid them $421 to install water heater in RV. Heater did not work because control box was left uninstalled with wire disconnected. Sent them picture of bad installation. Multiple calls and promises to come fix it spanned days with multiple no shows. Told them we had to leave area. They never came and refuse to return money. Now they say its my fault. If I could give negative 10 stars I would to this flaky outfit.
